Helping others. Tough to do in these hectic times. Though even small acts of kindness are of enormous benefit, both to others as well as ourselves.

CCCO offers short term, one off, project based volunteering opportunities. These could help you find friends, learn new skills, advance your career, and even improve your mental and physical health! Science shows helping others not only benefits the people who we help, but it also can reduce our own stress, combat depression, keep us mentally stimulated, and provide deep sense of purpose.

You decide what, where and when you help.

Here are just a few of the areas we could use your help - at whatever level, time period and skill level that is "you."

  • Google Drive/Apps "Guru" to teach us how to simplify our work in the cloud

  • Grant Research/Writers to help us pull in resources to serve NVC peace building in our community

  • Folks who want to learn NVC and go on to help facilitate practice groups

  • People willing to support before and after in-person trainings/workshops
