"NVC: Knowing Your Feelings and Needs through Body Sensations"

 Marcia Miller, facilitator of this event In this 3-hour class you will be introduced to simple yoga practices chosen specifically to help you learn and integrate NVC as a living practice.

You will learn to listen to and honor the sensations moving through you, relax tension that masks sensation, translate sensations into feelings and needs, and bask in the direct experience of meeting some needs for support, rest, safety and acceptance.  Complete details here.

CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY:

  • If we cancel a training for any reason, you will receive a full refund.  (If you wish, you may transfer your registration fee to another event)
  • If you cancel any time before the start of the training, you may apply 100% of your registration fee toward a future event organized by CCCO.
  • You may transfer 100% of your registration fees to another participant.  (assuming that the person meets the pre-requisites for the training, if there are any)
  • If you want a cash refund and cancel more than 7 days prior to the training, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% or $25 administrative fee, whichever is less.
  • If you want a cash refund and cancel 7 days or less prior to the start of the training, you will receive a full refund minus a 20% or $50 administrative fee, whichever is less.
  • Refunds are not available if you cancel after the start of the training, if you do not show up, or if you leave an event early.

* Please note:  The policy above applies to training fees only.  For residential retreats, room and board refunds will be issued according the policy of the host facility.
